Fear, we all have an intimate relationship with it. Fear motivates or limits us. Fear allows us to expand our horizons or contract our possibilities. However, fear is a construct of the mind. We are not born with fears; we acquire them over time through interactions with our environment. As we grow and develop into adulthood the frightening programs and conditioning we acquire remain prevalent in our memories. While the fears may have served a purpose in the past, the question is, do they still serve you today?Considering our individual fears, imagine how these programs are collectively affecting our society. Our individual lives are the microcosms that make up the societal macrocosm. The madness we see in the world today is a direct result of our fears.
